Dr. Sandhya did her MBBS from MUHS Nashik. She worked in Ruby Oncology department for 1 year, during which time she chose her career in General Surgery. She then completed her post graduation from Jehangir Hospital, Pune and received her DNB (Diplomat of National Board, New Delhi) in General Surgery.

She has also published her work in international indexed journal during this time. She has successfully handled many Polytrauma patients and complex surgeries and has established herself as an extra-ordinary General Surgeon in area of Talegaon Dabhade and Wadgaon Maval. She continues her work in Laproscopy, GI Surgeries, Anorectal Surgeries and Breast surgeries.
